Refund policy
Choosing the perfect organiser may be tricky so we always recommend customers to pick the largest one unless space is an issue, because we know your earring collection will only keep getting bigger! However, if you need help picking the right one for you, feel free to send us an email and one of our lovely team members will gladly assist you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons. However, if you are looking to exchange a non earring holder item, we may be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and returning your item within 30 days of placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us straight away with your order number and photo + description of the damage. Damaged items have to be reported within 7 days from delivery.
Personalised Items
Personalised items are non refundable or exchangeable.
